DCEC 6LTAA8.9 Marine Main Engine
DCEC 6LTAA8.9 series marine main engine is a 6-cylinders in line, 8.9 liters four-strokes engine with 114 mm bore and 145 mm stroke. DCEC 6LTAA8.9 series marine main engine equipped with Weifu (or BOSCH) fuel pump. The prime power range of DCEC 6LTAA8.9 series marine main engine is from 300 HP to 315 HP.
DCEC marine main engines have different configurations which have different power output, with code T in the engine model name means turbocharged engine, code TA in the engine model means turbocharge with water-air intercooler and code TAA in the engine model means turbocharge with air-air intercooler. Based on standard DCEC marine main engines, SeaMac provides both heat exchanger cooling and keel cooling marine main engines, we also provide complete propulsion system that including marine engine, gearbox, shaft, propeller as complete power system. All of DCEC marine main engine are comes with dry type exhaust system, which means dry type exhaust manifold and dry type turbocharger, SeaMac provides upgrading services for water-cooled exhaust system, which modify dry type exhaust system into water-cooled exhaust system, which are quite important and often requested by passenger boat projects.
